I have not resolved this and have not heard back from an email to the authors. I suspect this is not solvable because I think these CommandBar menus and toolbars are not actual menus or toolbars but rather container objects that simulate menus and toolbars. Therefore I dont think they can replace an actual menu in the VFP screen but can appear and behave as a menu or toolbar within a form window.

For instance, you cannot drag a normal toolbar and attach it to commandbars and vice versa and you cannot drag a commandbar menu to the actual menu location. I might be missing something though.
