And all this, according to Jay, is food getting better the further south you go? I know we Brits aren't renowned for our cuisine but give me pig chops, pig loin steaks any day. As for catfish, we don't get it over here but I've had cajun blackened ctafish in Harvard - Mass. Yummy!
