if u are already in the midst of a project then porting it in to VFP
might not be a very good idea (in this point) :)

one point in favour of VFP5.0 is that they (MS) are makeing a bidi (bidirectional ) version for VFP5.0 (currently in beta4)
this is good for the hebrew - but it is also good for arabic - and I am sure not all the applications in Kuwait are english ones
this is also a pro for windows and win95 in particular
also IMHO VFP5.0 is a great improvemtn for a very good tool (ie VFP3.0)
most of the things that disturbed (at least me) in VFP3.0 where taaking care of
