Thanks for the feedback, I mainly wanted reassurance that I was'nt working with a broken tool. I like these controls, their simple, fast and cheap, and the vendor support is good but they know nothing about VFP.

Did you find your code ? If not do you remember if it involved subclassing which is the next thing I'm about to try ?
