No, it doesn't "delete" Apple HQ. The building would have to be there before, then removed. The imagery is old and the building had never existed. There was nothing done on purpose or even by accident. I think Microsoft is much more concerned about Yahoo! or Google and both their HQ buildings exist in the MS imagery.
