Has anyone been mistreated under the Patriot Act? If so, how many? Are we talking about thousands, hundreds perhaps dozens? Do law enforcers just mistreat people for the fun of it and use the Patriot Act as their excuse?
I really like to know. I personally don't know anyone who has been violated under the Patriot Act law, and haven't heard of one in a long long time, if ever.
Lot of provision of the Patriot Act has been in force for years to fight drug dealers and gangs and no one complained then. But why now?
