I note a second person with the same status Yaser Hamdi, named in the referenced article. It seems to me that the federal government is no longer behaving as was intended. Our judiciary, executive and legislative branches work well outside of the boundaries defined by our Constitution.

All justification is handled by using the term, “Homeland Security”!
