You know how in graphic programs like photoshop or publisher you can send an object forward, backward, to front, or to back?

I'm lookin for some type of control like that that will allow you to send a form in front of another one. According to my understanding of the documentation, setting the called form's parent to the calling form should do the trick, but in the case it isn't.
