The (german) help on the AfterRowColChange Event tells me, the event fires after the new cells control got the focus (and also after the when event of the old cells control). So setting AllowCellSelection = .F. is surely causing the problem, because the gotfocus event doen't fire then.

Won't it be sufficient to work with Readonly = .T. controls? They can get focus and copy&paste also works with them, which I think is always nice to have.
