The temporary files are on the local C:\ drive in the users default Windows temp folder (C:\documents and settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp) so there should be no permission issues. I'd be surprised if the disk was full given that it's only used for this application and the data is stored on another machine, but I'll check that up.
