>>I guess I'm a little older than you, and my ideals were nurtured during the 60's when the Cowboys existed just to be Vince and his Packers' whipping boys. Granted Green Bay hasn't faired as well since the 60's but we'll see...

>What did you think about the early 90's when the roles were reversed? The Packers were the door mats to the Super Bowl for D'Boys. I loved it when the late Reggie White was caught on the sidelines during one of the great playoff games against D'Boys saying how he is sick and tired of getting his butt kicked by D'boys every year. During that game, Aikman to Alvin Harper for 91 yards TD play, longest in playoff history at the time and 35-9 victory. Wow, that was great.

>Oh, sorry. I was just reliving the past. They'll be back.
As the old saying goes; That was then... The Pack was just resting up and getting themselves in shape for the 21st century. I think this is gonna be a gooooood year.
Unfortunately, we'll never see teams like the 60's again. Never again the likes of Nitschke, Robinson, Adderly, McGee, Hornung, Taylor, Starr. Those guys cared about nothing, except for winning. No big salaries; no big paraphernalia contracts; no lawyers. Just win at all costs.
I kid the Cowboys, but the Pack had some incredible footbal games against Meredith and co.
Gee... I have a tear in my eye. ;)
