Immediately report the calls to your telephone company and ask them to find out who placed the calls. Insist on it even if they say they can't do it, and keep insisting until you get a top-level manager on the phone.

Although you saw "private call" on your phone, the phone company has ways of tracking it, I imagine. They may not be able to legally tell you who it is, but I'm sure they have ways of making it stop, including getting the police involved if necessary.

Alternatively, you might want to start with a call to the local police to see what they say about how to handle it.
