Well, I found.

It was ODBC driver; who knows what destroyed it. I wrote a VFP program which access tables via ODBC driver. It works on workstations, but running directly on server cause a Fatal Error.

Reinstalling ODBC - and everything works fine now.

Linked server with ODBC access to VFP tables is much, much better as it was with VFPOLEDB provider. It's not as fast as it is if tables are directly in SQL server (or acessed in native VFP), but it is acceptable for the use I need.
