Well I think that seems to be right but I'm getting access denied....using the creatobjectex() I think I have to set the security on that one, I've tried a couple different things with not much success.

*remote access-give access denied
o = CREATEOBJECTex("SQL_FOXlocal.Class1","\\itdavid")

*local machine-this oen works
*o = CREATEOBJECT("SQL_FOXlocal.Class1")
