I received the same errors.
I gave up on the FoxPro Referential Integrity Builder.

I started using Doug Henning's builder:
Building and Using VFP Developer Tools (148K)
at http://www.stonefield.com/techpap.html.

That uses Steve Sawyer's code:

A benefit is this produces very understandable code, unlike the FoxPro builder.
