I find that on my dev machine I can copy a file to the same localhost running as the webserver. But when I put that code into production, I fail to find the file?

I am using an HTML control -INPUT- for browsing the file name. I can't seem to get the code behind in a button click to liberate that file from the client and get it to the server.

I can't see how the browser can convert it to byte.

Where am I missing the boat here?
