I found a good OCX for get HDD serial Number ( i think ) in below address

but when i want to add the control to my form an error occured.( Ole error code 0x80004005. Unspecified error)
i have mfc42.dll & msvcrt.dll in my windows system directory.
i see that VB programmer work with this component.
can i use from it in VFP?
can you recommend another free component?
