As Tore said, it seems screen is not visible. In that case it will not show in Task Manager applications but t will show in Processes running.

As an idea, create a prg (you can do it with Notepad) saying _screen.visible = .T. and make it stop right thre. Maybe add SET STEP ON.
Then create a Config.FPW with the line: COMMAND=DO MyPrg
This will execute your new prg at load time. See what happens.
