We use the Visual Maxframe Professional framework from VisionPace which has the ability to use (or not use) n-tier concepts. You can even mix the concepts and do some forms one way and other forms the other way. I also know that VisionPace offers consulting and mentoring services. You should contact them regarding the costs.

There are also several other good frameworks out there and I'm sure those companies either offer training or can suggest someone that is familiar with their framework. For example, you could check with F1 Technologies about the Visual Fox Express framework.

The great thing about frameworks is that so many developers use them, which means there are many peolple that could offer you training. Just try to coordinate training with a specific framework.
