I do *NOT* recommend storing the picture in a memo field and printing directly from the table. The better way is to keep the BMP file as a stand-alone file and add a field to your table that holds the name of the file to print (full path, name, and extension).

In the report, just enter the name of the field in the "File" field on the report. Note that I said "File" and not "Field". That's the most common mistake. The "Field" option is only used when the field contains the picture embedded it.
