I had recently and accidently messed with the TOP property on the property sheet that was active for the SCREEN. I thought i was typing into a method but the prop sheet was active. I ended up setting TOP for the screen to a minus value. I dont recommend it. Although, i would think that deleting FOXUSER files would fix that.
