> "(" + lfdate + ")"You are correct. Removing single quotes does the job, as far as NULLs. Now I just need to figure how to deal with either date value or NULL. If I leave out single quotes and the value of lfdate is something like "01/10/2001", I sometimes get Divide by Zero error.
