Hi Einar,

I just remembered something my wife asks all applicants:

"Tell me about the worst experience you had with a customer and how you handled it".

You can adapt this question by changing customer to project and take it from there.

You could ask then what s/he would've done differently now that that's over.

The answer tells you a lot about the person.
