Go to Start -> Run... then in the Open combobox type "ODBCAD32.EXE" and click OK. If that doesn't work, then search your comp for "ODBCAD32.EXE" and when it is found (should have been in C:\Windows\System32\), go and add the directory path to its location into your PATH system variable... then go try Run again.
