based on the laws of physics as we know them now.
Perhaps investigation into faster than light travel will produce a multi-dimensional physics which will allow teleportion. Perhaps we will discover a way to completely suspend time while an object is moving from one location to another.
For those of a religious bent, perhaps God will rewrite the Laws of Physics.
At any rate, I am leery of ever saying anything is impossible.
