Hi everybody,

I have the following report in Access:
Page Header:

Page N of NN
First Customer on page - Last customer on page
                  [State]
---------------------------------------------------------
Group Header - Sort Order
iif(SortOrder = 1, 'New York', 'Other States & Cities']

----------------------------------------------------------
Group Header - State
                  [State]
-----------------------------------------------------------
Detail Info
As you can see, I print state in the page header and also I print it when the state changes.

My problem is, that I don't want to print State in the Page Header the first time my SortOrder field changes to avoid repeating information. I'd also like to save that space (e.g. have an equvalent of VFP remove line if blank).

How can I achieve this functionality in Access?

Thanks a lot in advance.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
