Realy... IMHO too difficult to find information about ODBC spec even in MSDN... I using written with win32api own Connection String builder..

At first I get list of ODBC Drivers or DSN using Win32Api..
then also using win32api - build connection string...

Then... when odbc option exist in connection string.. easy to find info in MSDN or web... ;))
Well... I just build.. and try...
