Hi,

I'm hoping that someone will have a thought about what is happening to a client of mine. They are using Accountmate LAN 506 and when moving from menu item to menu (mostly happens when moving from module to module as in GL to AR) item the screen will suddenly start flashing and not allow any interaction. When this occurs the user must kill the process to get out of the program.

I have never seen this in the past and have not heard of anything that might cause the menu to get into a loop (I'm guessing it a loop). Another question would be how to debug the issue.
