Here's my report, unfortunately I don't have any MS reply saved. I don't recall now if it was bugged or a by-design issue.

==STEPS TO REPRO==
create form
open a code window
with this

now type a period, followed by a F
* observed FillColor highlights, and pretend this is the property you want
press the spacebar
*observed FillColor doesn't make it into the code window
backspace over the period and retype it and a T
*observed TabIndex highlights
press the spacebar
*observed no TabIndex

every other single character follwed by spacebar selects the first PEM with
that letter

for the highlighted PEM to be selected on press of the spacebar

since T anf F are broken it would appear to be related to .T. and .F.

keying .Ta spacebar does select TabIndex
keying .Fi spacebar does select FillColor
