That means that the menu source (MNX) and the generated code (MPR) are out of synch.

Open your menu (with Modify Menu or by editing in the Project Manager)
One you have the Menu Editor dialog open, go to the VP main menu (at the top) and you will see a "Menu" option
Click on "Generate"

or just rebuild your project.
