Well the gorevnment would provide a discount for LA air since it more dirty - this way more people would use it, and then more people would get sick, thus needing drugs to 'feel' better - thus enabling the politicians to line their pockets via the pharmacitial industry. And oh yeah if you can't afford the drugs - do NOT get them from Canada! They might not be safe!...ya know because some jungle-tribesman in Montreal probably mixed it in the backwoods-jungle of canada in an old clay pot over his campfire!
