My parents, when I was 1 year old. - Yes, people sometimes have difficulty pronouncing my name (both first and last name), but I never considered changing it. Nor do most other people. Some people, though, use their second name, if it is more familiar to the people here; I know of at least two cases. In both cases, the second name is in common use in Bolivia, whereas the first is not.
