Lol yes I would. I am looking for a geek with a good personality (just like me) lol
For the job interview for the job I currently have I only got a couple of logical questions, but I got a lot of the "describe yourself"-type questions, the main job interview lasted 9 hours and I think I interviewed with 8 different people from middle management to senior management. M$'s interview process seems like a walk in the park <bg>
The job interview before that I probably spent over 3 hours answering logical questions.
I have never been asked "impossible"-question in an interview. Hmm maybe I was, I think the question was: "If you were an animal, what animal would you be?" After I gave the senior manager my answer I asked him what his answer would be.
