Is it possible to pass parameters to SQL stored procedures from VFP in the form of a cursor or any data structure?

My question has to do with the situation of inserting records with many fields because the parameter sentence would very long, but I know that SQL handles the "Table type"

Is it possible? or any workaround? No remote views, only SQLEXEC or SQLPREPARE
