Need your help.

I have a table and need to convert it to text file.

I issue the command "COPY TO temp.txt TYPE CSV" and it was successful.
The result is.

example: (file temp.txt)
"S301","KG","EA","1310004"
"S301","KG","EA","1310004"

But what i need result is like this.

S301,KG,EA,1310004
S301,KG,EA,1310004
