If you use NUnit then maybe NCover is something to look at. I use TreeSurgeon from ThoughtWorks (http://confluence.public.thoughtworks.org/display/TREE/Tree+Surgeon) to set up my initial developent folders. This nifty little tool sets up a good development environment as well as setting up the use of NCover.
