I work for the National Association of Letter Carriers, and we have MOM here. However, our sales volume of goods to members is not all that great, and we don't do subscriptions.

After getting the package set up I was able to hand off the operation to another IT guy with almost no VFP knowledge and have not had to do anything with it since. The phone support from MOM has been good enough to keep things going, and our supply folks -who use it here -are not exactly real computer literate here either.

For a very minimal amount you can get a full demo package (limits your records but otherwise is fully functional) to take a look at how it operates. It uses free tables, no .dbc - the screens look like DOS conversions, but it does have some pretty sophisticated features as in tracking sales via sources etc., and it has been stable. I know I've seen a posting from at least one MOM developer on UT, so they may pick up your message.
