Well... I agree. But do you mean that it isn't flakey? I mean, all the time it sticks parts of the page in the wrong spot (particularly putting the top of the page at the bottom when you hit the scroll bar in a pagedown area.) Also it gets a little confused about what the word maximized means depending on the starting position of the toolbar. Sometimes when it starts maximized it is necessary to un-maximize and remaximize to get it right. I think that those guys might be right about it having to do with the toolbar being docked but I haven't had time to try it.
