Are you certain? Do you use any framework or anyone elses code? Both of these could be playing with SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR. I've seen too many examples where a setting is forced, without being reset later. Windows file search often does not find strings within files that I know are there. Check in the downloads for a project search and replace utility called something like gofish.
