It acts like there is an invisible object there, but there isn't. Clicking in this area produces no results. Right clicking in this area does not call the menu. Normally, when you click your mouse on a form where there are no objects, the cursor turns into a pointed hand. In this spot, it does not do that. Completely unresponsive.

It is near the right edge of the form, but not all the way at the edge. Probably 50 pixels from the edge. The form is smaller than the max design area...
