More info....this area is on the first page of a page frame. On the 2nd and 3rd pages are list boxes. It appears the "dead" area on the first page is exactly the area of the vertical scroll bar on the list boxes on pages 2 & 3. Thes list boxes are intially disabled. It's like that scroll bar is bleeding through to the 1st page and making that area of the form disabled.

However, once you click on page 2 or 3, then return to the first page, this area is no longer "dead".
