Could it be that when I DECLARE integer getlasterror IN KERNEL32 during "housekeeping" that when the FTP class on my 2000 machine gets around to checking the getlasterror() - that is why it says "Kernel32 has been 'MODIFIED' for use on a uniprocessor system, but you are using a multiprocessor machine...."?
