>There is also this one http://www.lulu.com/content/106787, but I haven't looked at it to determine how good it is.

It is not great literature.
I'm the author - I can say that <g>

It is based on classes I have taught.
The people who do well with it are either still writing 2.6 kind of apps, or working programmers who have never used Fox before. It is *not* geared as an introduction to programming.

I just added a Table of Contents link to the book's description.

If you need a tutorial right now, I would use it.
Actually, I do use it when I teach VFP classes.

The next version of the book that Burt Rosen and I are co-authoring should be a pretty good book.

If you are looking for a really great book on VFP, the "Hackers Guide" is a must and Marcia Atkins and Andy Kramek's books are great.

Best,
Michael Cummings
