>Make sure the printer environment is not saved with the report. Maybe that is interfering with the output.
The reports have no printer environment saved.
>Occassionally, printing to NULL can create incorrect page counts. Make sure you print to a temporary file such as this:
Actually, the application is using a temporary file as suggested by you.
If I leave the "to file" clause, _pagetotal is correct but the report is sent to the printer.
Otherwise nothing happens.. no report and _pagetotal = 1.
Just for your info, there's an article on MSDN titled "The “REPORT FORM TO FILE” command launches a WinFax application in Visual FoxPro for Windows" (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;171266)
I don't have WinFax.. but perhaps some other printer driver causes has a similar problem.
Note from the article: "This problem does not seem to occur with Visual FoxPro 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0 when using WinFax Pro 10."
Uh! :(
Thank you.
