I did this years ago using dialogic cards and an com control call active voice. The com control was purchased by intel as well as dialogic and then active voice was killed. Intel has some software that replaces active voice but was very expensive. I would try doing a search on dialogic and telephony on google and see what you find. The coding was not that hard.
