Dear Sir/Madam

Throught VB6 While Saving Excel Sheet using saveas if same name sheet is present it ask for Yes/No Dialog Box comes for confirmation.

Please give me a syntax where user does not has option to confirm if sheet of same name is already there it overwrites it without confirmation.
