Well now I've done it! While playing around with the various options to work with this problem I found that a menu in the top form was still active. I clicked on RESTORE. This repositioned the print preview window up and to the left such that the top of the preview window is outside of the main window. I can't get it back to where the controls are visible. HELP!

This behaviour persists with mypreview.app and your printpreviewex.app. I can't find where the window position settings are being saved. I deleted foxuser.dbf and that didn't help so I presume its in the registry somewhere.

Any ideas?

>How else could it be done though? Let's say MS Word for instance... if I bring up a modal dialogbox in Word, the toolbars do not respond. The only thing that I can think of that can be done is to create a modal preview form class in the frxpreview.vcx that has the buttons/functionality of the toolbar at the top of the form (so there is no toolbar) and then shows the preview below that on the same form. Any other ideas?
