>>The man shot by the London police was not struggling nor desobeying and not wearing a heavy "bulky" coat, according to a footage.

>If you listen or watch the news from the Bay Area you know that several innocent people are shot and killed each year by police within our area, “doing their job”! I do not know of any action taken against such individuals. They are put on administrative leave and paid.

>My advice is always to “stay away from cops and robbers”. There are times when you cannot distinguish one from the other. In either case the general public is the target.

>Remember The Alamo, 911, Spainish bombings, and London bombings. Causes such as the aforementioned allowing killing for any reason. The authorities are just trying to protect us. If a few innocent people are killed by the authorities then it is for the public good.

>You see, you never know what is in the mind of another person. Perhaps we should allow the authorities to kill everyone. Then there would not be such a problem! Then again the terrorists might kill us. In either case we are dead meat if we are in the wrong place at the right time.

I'm always surprised to see many persons trying to get as near as they can when something involving the police happens. They don't seem to realize that they're not in a movie, that this is for real <bg>

I'm always as far as possible from what seems to be serious events involving the police or a security guard. In short as far as possible from guns.
