PPL_TEMP() is the array from which I am updating, and the reason for the loop (to access successive rows in the array). There might be a way to do this without a loop, but the code with the 'for....endfor' loop that Mr. Basoz provided works extremely well. He also showed me how better to use 'Replace' to navigate; I thank you both for the suggestion.

BTW, 'sequence' is not unique (we are creating many playlists, each with cuts 1, 2, 3, and so on). 'Play_list_no' is the unique key.
