Dear Gary Wynne,

Thank you very much for your reply. I always wanted to say you hello personally and thank you for your support.

Yes, I am very happy with Sartek (especially working with/on Roger). I believe that I was lucky to meet those really good people. There are a lot of interesting and challenging projects at the moment in work, because of company is dynamically growing and developing, has very good potential and I am not going to leave the company.

But, I am talking around with some people about IT jobs market situation in the UK (I guess that is our typical human nature) and I have some questions that I cannot understand and I am trying to find out how the system works and wants to hear other's people opinion :)

I know that "the grass is always greener on the other side". And I know that you must be always ready "to the worse scenario". I am very much hope that I will not use this particular knowledge in my future.

Thank you very much for your reply again and good luck!

>Are you not happy at Sartek? I provided VFP and Codemine training to Sartek and I found them to be a great company to deal with and Roger is certainly a gentleman.

>You know what they say Sergey, "the grass is always greener on the other side".
